For large events we can deploy our full fleet of 180+ vehicles plus additional vehicles from our pan-European partner network. Our largest single-event deployment to date was 240 coaches for a major outdoor festival in Germany. We scale to your peak demand.

Yes — Park & Ride is one of our core event services. We design the P&R routing, manage the looping schedule, provide signage recommendations and coordinate with your event traffic management team. We can run simultaneous loops from up to 8 designated car parks.

Our operations team provides an on-site coordinator at all loading zones. We use ticketed boarding or wristband systems to manage capacity and prevent overcrowding. All drivers are briefed on event-specific protocols before deployment.

Yes. We have long-standing relationships with transport authorities in the Netherlands, Germany and Belgium and regularly co-ordinate with police, local councils and traffic management companies to ensure smooth event transport operations and compliance with event traffic orders.

Our event contracts include built-in flex time. Drivers are scheduled with appropriate rest periods and our ops centre manages any overrun in real time. We never abandon passengers — if an event runs significantly over schedule, we communicate directly with event organisers to agree the extended service plan.

Yes. We include a proportion of accessible vehicles on all large event contracts. Accessible coaches have step-free boarding, wheelchair spaces and priority seating. Coordinate your accessibility requirements with our ops team during the planning phase.
