Maximilian Schmidt

CEO — Chief Executive Officer

Frankfurt, Germany

Grandson of Karl Schmidt (Schmidt Reisen, 1956). Studied Transport Logistics at TU Munich and Business Administration at INSEAD. Joined the family business at 24, and drove the merger proposal that created CCG. Leads overall strategy, corporate development and investor relations from the Amsterdam HQ.

Claire Lefèvre

COO — Chief Operating Officer

Brussels, Belgium

Granddaughter of Jean-Pierre Lefèvre (Voyages Lefèvre, 1962). Studied Operations Management at Université Libre de Bruxelles and completed a logistics master's at Erasmus Rotterdam. Oversees all fleet operations, driver management and partner network performance. Based in Brussels.

Daan van der Berg

CTO & Fleet Director

Amsterdam, Netherlands

Grandson of Hans van der Berg (Oranje Touring, 1949). Mechanical engineering graduate from Delft University of Technology. Responsible for fleet procurement, vehicle maintenance standards, GPS tracking systems and the electric vehicle programme. Passionate advocate for sustainable transport.

Ingrid Fischer

Head of Corporate Accounts

Frankfurt, Germany

15 years in B2B transport sales across Germany and Austria. Joined CCG in 2015 to build the corporate accounts function. Now manages framework contracts with 40+ enterprise clients and leads a team of 8 account managers across all three hubs.

Thomas Brennan

Head of Operations

Amsterdam, Netherlands

Former logistics director at a major European logistics firm. Joined CCG in 2017 to establish the 24/7 operations center. Thomas oversees real-time fleet coordination, driver scheduling, contingency response and operations KPI reporting.

Annelies Vermeer

Head of Sustainability

Amsterdam, Netherlands

Environmental engineer by training (Wageningen University), with a background in corporate sustainability consulting. Joined CCG in 2021 to lead the electric coach pilot programme, the Gold Standard carbon offset programme and CCG's net-zero 2040 roadmap.
