Our standard offering is a professional driver who also acts as local guide. For larger groups or specialist itineraries, we can pair the driver with an independent licensed tour guide — particularly recommended for historical or cultural tours. Ask about our guide options when requesting a quote.

Yes — custom itineraries are our most popular product for corporate and educational groups. Submit your must-see destinations and interests and our tour planning team will propose a day-by-day programme with recommended hotels, meal stops and time at each attraction.

We have preferred hotel partnerships across Europe offering group rates and guaranteed coach parking. We can book accommodation as part of a full tour package, or provide a vehicle-only service if you have your own accommodation arrangements. All our recommended hotels are 3–5 star with private group dining options.

All our long-haul vehicles carry a full emergency kit and our drivers hold advanced breakdown management training. Our European partner network means a replacement vehicle can be dispatched within 4–6 hours at any point on our standard routes. Full breakdown assistance is included in your tour price.

We have accessible coaches with step-free ramps, priority seating and space for wheelchairs. Please advise us of any mobility requirements at the time of booking so we can allocate the most suitable vehicle and plan accessible hotel stops along the route.
